Our products are produced and shipped through Printify's global fulfillment network.
Depending on the product and your shipping destination, your order may be printed and shipped from the United States or another Printify production partner closest to you.

Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
After production begins, we cannot guarantee address changes because production starts quickly.
Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.
Once Printify starts printing your product, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Because every product is printed specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Wrong color selected
- Change of mind
- Buyer's remorse
Please review the size guide carefully before ordering.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- A printing error
- The wrong item
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Order Number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Description of the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
In most eligible damage or manufacturing defect cases, you do not need to return the product.
We may only request clear photos to verify the issue.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we'll help investigate the shipment.
Small differences in color, print placement, or sizing are normal in the print-on-demand process.
Minor variations that fall within normal production tolerance are not considered manufacturing defects.

Because of this, multiple items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different dates.
