Welcome to বাঙালিয়ানা (Bangliana). We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. All products sold through our store are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner, Printify, with production facilities located primarily in the United States.

Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

Total Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, and holiday seasons.

Processing Time

Every product is printed especially for you after your order is placed.

  • Processing Time: 2–5 Business Days
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and products ordered.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (when available).

If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your Spam or Junk folder before contacting us.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country’s customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once production or shipping has started, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

Backorders

If a product becomes temporarily unavailable after your order has been placed, we will notify you by email. You may choose to wait for the item to become available or request a refund for the unavailable item.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

Because all products are made to order, cancellations cannot be accepted once production has started.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Public holidays
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs inspections
  • High seasonal demand
  • Incorrect shipping information

We appreciate your patience and will do our best to assist you if delays occur.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
